Getting started

  • Create an account with your email, then add your business details (name, TRN, address, logo) once.
  • Add a customer, create an invoice, and add your line items — 5% VAT is calculated automatically.
  • Export the invoice as a PDF and send it to your customer by email or WhatsApp.

Common questions

  • How is VAT calculated? Fatura Go applies the UAE standard 5% VAT rate automatically.
  • Where does my TRN appear? It is saved in your business settings and shown on every invoice.
  • Can I send invoices by WhatsApp? Yes — share the invoice PDF by email or WhatsApp in one tap.
  • Why does the app ask for photo or camera access? Only so you can add your business logo and customer photos. No other device data is accessed.

Managing your account

  • Delete your account: you can permanently delete your account and all your data from within the app, under Settings → Account → Delete account.
  • Your data and privacy: see our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it is handled.
