Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. What the Service does

Fatura Go is a tool that helps you create, store, and send VAT tax invoices in AED. The Service is provided for your convenience only and does not constitute tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information in your invoices and for meeting your own tax obligations, including any registration, reporting, and filing with the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA). Fatura Go is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by the FTA.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@invoicefatura.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Your content and your customers' data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service, including your business details, invoices, and information about your customers. You grant us a limited license to host and process this data solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for your data and for having the right to collect and use any personal data of your customers. You agree not to use the Service to create false or fraudulent invoices or for any unlawful purpose.

5. Pricing and billing

Fatura Go is currently free to use, including Free, Pro, and Business features. We may introduce paid plans later. If we do, prices and billing terms will be shown clearly before you subscribe.

When paid plans are offered, Fatura Go may be sold as a subscription with monthly and yearly options. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) before you subscribe.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, and applicable taxes on our behalf, and will typically appear on your payment statement.

6. Intellectual property

The Fatura Go app, website, name, and branding are owned by us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except to use the Service as intended.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any invoice generated will meet every legal requirement applicable to your specific situation. You should review your invoices and confirm they meet your obligations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

10. Deleting your data

You can delete a business, or your whole account, at any time from Settings.

• Archive first: before deletion unlocks, you must download a complete archive of the business's records — sales PDFs, supplier bills and credit notes, expenses with receipts, filed VAT returns and VAT reports, ledger reports, clients, suppliers and products, and payroll. The archive is free on every plan, and you can download it at any time from Settings → Data export.
• 14-day grace period: deletion is scheduled 14 days ahead and can be cancelled during that time. We email you a reminder 3 days before it runs.
• Permanent deletion: after the grace period, we permanently delete the business data and uploaded files (PDFs, receipts, logos) and, if you deleted your account, your login. We keep no copy of the business data or files after deletion.
• Your record-keeping duty: your business remains responsible for keeping its records for as long as UAE law requires — currently at least 5 years for VAT records (longer for some real-estate records) and 7 years for corporate tax records. Check the current requirements with the Federal Tax Authority or a tax adviser. This is not legal or tax advice.
• Archiving instead: you can archive a business instead of deleting it. An archived business is read-only: no new or changed records, but viewing and exporting still work, and you can reopen it.
• Team members: if you are a team member of a business owned by someone else, deleting your account simply removes you from that business. The owner's records are not affected.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be subject to the competent courts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

12. Website analytics

The marketing website invoicefatura.com uses analytics and advertising tools (including Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity for session recording and heatmaps) as described in our Privacy Policy. The Fatura Go mobile app and web application do not use those marketing tools. By using the website, you acknowledge that processing.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
