Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fatura Go mobile app, the Fatura Go web application at app.invoicefatura.com, and the website invoicefatura.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Adilet Berdibekov, an individual ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
2. What the Service does
Fatura Go is a tool that helps you create, store, and send VAT tax invoices in AED. The Service is provided for your convenience only and does not constitute tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information in your invoices and for meeting your own tax obligations, including any registration, reporting, and filing with the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA). Fatura Go is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by the FTA.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@invoicefatura.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Your content and your customers' data
You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service, including your business details, invoices, and information about your customers. You grant us a limited license to host and process this data solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for your data and for having the right to collect and use any personal data of your customers. You agree not to use the Service to create false or fraudulent invoices or for any unlawful purpose.
5. Pricing
The Service is currently free during launch. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will give you notice before any charges apply to you.
6. Intellectual property
The Fatura Go app, website, name, and branding are owned by us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except to use the Service as intended.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any invoice generated will meet every legal requirement applicable to your specific situation. You should review your invoices and confirm they meet your obligations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be subject to the competent courts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
