Refund Policy

Last updated: 27 July 2026

This Refund Policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work for paid Fatura Go subscriptions. It applies to the Fatura Go mobile app and the web application at app.invoicefatura.com. For the full agreement governing the Service, see our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions and Paddle

Fatura Go is sold as a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. That means Paddle handles payment, invoicing, sales tax where applicable, and refunds on our behalf. Paddle (or its payment partners) will typically appear on your bank or card statement — not "Fatura Go" as the merchant name.

2. Free trial

New paid plans may start with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan and the first charge is taken then.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings or by contacting us at support@invoicefatura.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You keep access until that date. We do not provide partial-period refunds by default when you cancel mid-cycle.

4. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You will be charged the then- current price for your plan unless you cancel before renewal.

5. Refunds

We want the policy to be fair and clear:

  • Refund requests made within 14 days of a charge are considered in good faith.
  • We grant refunds for accidental duplicate charges, or where the Service failed in a material way and we could not resolve it.
  • Ordinary mid-period cancellations do not usually qualify for a pro-rata refund (see Cancellation above).

To request a refund, email support@invoicefatura.com with your account email and details of the charge, or use the refund / customer options on your Paddle receipt or invoice. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, approved refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law, including local consumer-protection rules or withdrawal rights that cannot be waived by contract.
